The registration form is available for download here.  Before returning completed form, please see the checklist at the bottom of this page.  Please note that the program fees may be subject to change!

Four-Year-Olds’ Program

The 4 Year old Program runs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00am to 11:30am.  Children must be four years of age by December 31 of the current school year.  The monthly fee for the four year old program is currently $85.00 and can accept 15 children.

Three-Year-Olds’ Program

The 3 Year old Program runs on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00am to 11:00am.  Children must be three years of age by December 31 of the current school year and toilet trained (no pull-ups please) to enroll.  The monthly fee for the three year old program is currently $65.00 and can accept 15 children.

Registration Time Line

All Children(and any siblings) currently attending Woodcroft Community Playschool have first priority in the program.  Any Woodcroft residents have second priority.  All other applicants who are new to the program have third priority.  Children within these categories will be enrolled in the order that the complete registration form and non-refundable registration fee are provided to the registrar.

Due to the high enrollment rate to secure a spot we suggest that your child be registered into the 3 year old program.  This will ensure your child has a spot into the 4 year old program.

Our Time Line

  • January 30 - February 3, 2012 - Registration opens to all children continuing in the program.

  • February 6 - 10, 2012 - Registration opens to all Woodcroft Community residents & Alumni.

  • February 13, 2012 - Registration opens to all new families

  • Wednesday, Feb.29, 2012 - Open House/Greet the Teacher 6-7 p.m. only for 2012-2013 families who are registered!  Waiting lists will be started if both classes are full by this date.

  • August - Families who have handed in the registration form and have paid the registration fee are invited to an Orientation Meeting.

  • September - Classes start Tuesday after the Labour day holiday.

Current Registration Levels for the 2011/20112 School Year:

  • 3 year old Program:  15 enrolled with a waiting list.

  • 4 year old Program:  15 enrolled with a waiting list.

If you wish to reserve a spot for your child on the waiting list please contact the school registrar.
The current non-refundable registration fee for both programs is $45.00.

 

Check List

The following items you will need ensure that your child has a spot reserved in the program.

  1. Registration Form completed and returned with the registration fee to the registrar.
  2. Post Dated Cheques for monthly dues. (Required at the  Orientation Meeting in August)
  3. Post Dated Cheques for the following:  Clean up Bees, Annual General Meeting, Casinos (when applicable) 
  4. Your current Community League Membership number. (Required in the Fall when new memberships are issued)
